Questions on my mind.

I've been wondering this for several days now, and while I can understand their reasoning, I still think that surely they thought of this themselves.

Why does Planned Parenthood give out condoms? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of planning to become a parent? They might as well promote abstinence as a way to become a parent.

Also, aren't the condoms they give out free? What type of quality are these? Boxes of condoms that I have seen, though never had any need for purchase, have always been around six bucks, how can this organization give out such expensive pieces of rubber? Are these generic low quality that sometimes get the job done? I have never seen a "Sponsored by Trojan" sign around a Planned Parenthood building.

With that type of quality, maybe they would like a donation, I can cut the fingers off of all the latex gloves they want, it would give me something to do when I'm just sitting around.
